1. Our Commitment

GenXcd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to our products.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for all people.

Our products are currently in active development. We acknowledge that some areas of our applications may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we are actively working to address those gaps.

3. Measures We Take

GenXcd takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Include accessibility requirements in our product development process

  • Use semantic HTML elements throughout our applications

  • Ensure sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content

  • Ensure all functionality is accessible via keyboard navigation

  • Design forms and inputs with clear labels and error messages

  • Test our products with screen readers and assistive technologies during development

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility compliance, the following known limitations currently exist and are on our improvement roadmap:

  • Some complex interactive components (calendar pickers, multi-step forms) may present challenges for screen reader users — improvements are actively in progress

  • Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet our accessibility standards

  • Mobile accessibility optimizations are ongoing

We are committed to resolving these limitations as quickly as possible.

Our products are designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)

  • Keyboard-only navigation

  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

  • High contrast display modes
